- There are certain convictions that result in an automatic denial of a real estate license. Even if the conviction is not one that results in an automatic denial of a license, the Missouri Real Estate Commission may deny a license for a criminal conviction. - After you complete the purchase of your course(s), simply log on to MyRealEstateBrain.com and click on the “My Courses” tab at the top of the page. Scroll down just a bit and click on your course to begin.
- We highly recommend that once you begin the course, you complete the entire course, pass our end-of-course test, and take the PSI test in 30 days for best results.
- Access to this course(s) will expire 180 days after the date of purchase.
- It is essential that you provide your complete legal name, address, phone number, and other required information to receive credit for the course(s) and an accurate certificate of completion.
- To obtain your certificate for a course, you must pass the end-of-course test with a score of 75% or higher. With great study habits and focus on you part, we believe you will do well on the first test. However, a second test will be offered if you are not successful during the first attempt. After successful completion of your test, print your certificate and keep it for your records. You will need to send a copy of the certificate(s) with your licensure application.
- The MREC (Missouri Real Estate Commission) requires that a student spend a minimum of 40 hours on the 48-Hour Missouri Salesperson Pre-Examination Course and a minimum of 20 hours on the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course. These times reflect taking 10 minutes each hour for a break. It is your responsibility to track your time. You will attest to the time spent on the course(s) prior to taking the end of-course-test. Though there is no timer built into the course, you do need to address each lesson in this course. You can progress at your own pace.

- Your 48-Hour Pre-Examination Certificate will expire 6 months from the date of passing the end-of-course test. You are responsible for adhering to all real estate licensing rules of the Missouri Real Estate Commission, the PSI testing service, and the Missouri approved fingerprinting vendor. Contact each entity for questions, concerns, and information concerning their rules about acquiring a salesperson’s real estate license in Missouri.

- If you purchased Checklists & Systems, an email will be sent to you with a download for the product.
- It is essential that you provide your correct name, address, phone number, and license number for ALL CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES so a valid certificate of completion can be issued. Please check the information the MREC has on file for you PRIOR to registering for the course. The information can be found here: https://pr.mo.gov/realestate-licensee-search.asp
- The MREC (Missouri Real Estate Commission) requires that a student spend a minimum of 150 minutes of time working on the online course materials. It is your responsibility to track your time. You will attest to the time spent on a course prior to taking the end of course test. Though there is no timer built into the course and you can progress at your own pace, you do need to address each lesson in the course.
- In order to obtain your certificate for a course, you must pass the test with a score of 75% or greater. We are confident you will do well on the first test. However, a second test will be offered in if you are not successful during the first attempt.
- After successful completion of your test, print you certificate and keep it for your records. We will report your completion to the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) per their guidelines. You may be required to provide copies to your board/association or The National Association of Realtors.

- The course(s) expires with the current renewal deadline for your type of license (Broker June 30th, Salesperson September 30th)
